Senior SEA Specialist

To effectively manage all our global SEA activities, we are looking for a seasoned SEA specialist who lives and breathes Google Ads and equivalents. Someone who gets enthusiastic about crunching campaign data, never shies away from testing the latest updates, thinks out of the box when exploring new opportunities and loves diving headfirst into the newest techniques. You're not just an expert, you're a die-hard Google Ads nerd. Since you will be solely in charge of all our campaigns, you will hold a crucial role within our marketing team. Therefore, a helicopter view with a keen eye for structure and processes is essential to ensure a smooth operation.

What are your responsibilities?

• Manage, optimize and scale our Google & Microsoft Ads accounts with hefty monthly spends;
• Work hands-on on our international accounts, including those in foreign languages;
• Innovate and pioneer the implementation of new techniques and automation;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across multiple channels and develop frameworks and techniques to outsmart direct competitors;
• Maintain and share professional knowledge of industry, products and competitors.

Who are you?

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns;

• Proven experience managing international accounts and campaigns in foreign languages;

• Demonstrated experience in managing large budgets;

• A proponent of automation, always eager to test and adopt the latest techniques;

• Excellent data analysis skills and ability to draw actionable insights;

• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
