We’re Resumedia, a fast-growing B2C SaaS company behind the CV & cover letter builders Jobseeker and CVwizard, operating in 26 languages. Our small-but-mighty team of product, marketing, design, and engineering is on a mission to provide the #1 toolbox for job seekers worldwide.
We’re looking for a Content Manager to join our content team. Someone with a sharp editorial eye, good project management skills, multilingual instincts, and a talent for guiding freelancers to create, localize, and improve content.
You will oversee all our in-house content production from A-Z; from landing pages, in-depth articles, app translations, to email campaigns, editorials, and advertisements. This means you have to manage our pool of freelance copywriters, including hiring, quality control, publishing and more.
What you’ll do?
Maintain the content operations for 26 languages; balance production, refreshes and campaigns.
Hire, brief, coach and QA a pool of freelance writers and translators; enforce style, tone and SEO guidelines.
Be the power user of our custom CMS; create and improve pages, work with our development team to improve the features.
Spot bottlenecks in workflows and collaborate with the team to find solutions.
Run periodic audits, A/B tests and competitor benchmarks to keep our brand voice consistent and convert better in each market.
Collaborate with other teams - SEO on keyword priorities or strategies, Design on UX micro-copy and visuals, and with other teams for their content needs.
Your profile
5+ years managing web content at scale, ideally across multiple locales or markets.
Experience with using CMS.
Proven track record of briefing & editing native writers and translators.
Working knowledge of on-page SEO and how to measure content performance.
Fluent written & spoken English; bonus points for any of our 26 languages.
Comfortable juggling long-term projects with day-to-day hands-on tasks.
Curiosity-driven, data-literate and keen on process improvement.
Preferably
Familiarity with automation or localisation tools.
Experience in B2C SaaS, HR-tech or career-related products.
