Your mission as CRM Specialist?

You will help drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our customer relationship management system to enhance engagement, retention, and value for our diverse user base across 25+ languages.

As our CRM Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing and managing CRM strategies tailored for the 25+ languages our brands cover;
  • Collaborating on the development of CRM automations for personalized user journeys;
  • Developing new user-centric communication flows to boost retention rate;
  • Using data to drive optimizations, continuously analyzing CRM performance to enhance user engagement and retention;
  • Building and managing large, complex databases covering multiple languages;
  • Working with the Head of Performance and Data to ensure the CRM system integrates seamlessly across platforms;
  • Creating A/B tests to improve campaign performance;
  • Ensuring effective feedback loops are in place for constant system improvements.

Job requirements

Essential attributes to be a successful CRM Specialist:
  • 2+ years of experience working with large databases;
  • Proven experience in CRM implementation and data-driven CRM strategies;
  • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate and optimize campaigns;
  • Experience in CRM automation and tools, with a focus on user engagement and retention;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
