Our products, such as jobseeker.com and cv.nl support job seekers from all over the world with user-friendly AI career tools. Over the last 10 years, we have developed a healthy, productive company with 200k+ daily users, operating in more than 25 countries. And we’re just warming up!
 
Your mission as Head of Marketing? You will create strategic plans, together with the CEO to take us to the next level. You will become the sparring partner to our experienced marketing team - they don’t need managing, they want an experienced coach to “think along with”, that inspires them and leads from the front. Working closely with the CEO and CTO, you will become an essential piece of the jigsaw at Resumedia to realise our missing to become the #1 toolbox for job seekers worldwide.

As our Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead a high performing marketing team, providing direction, guidance, coaching and support;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that are aligned with the companies goals and product roadmap;
  • Implement effective customer acquisition strategies particularly focussing on SEO, SEA, ASO and Content, but not ruling out email marketing, social media marketing and the rest of the marketing spectrum;
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations;
  • Working together with product on CRO (conversion rate optimisation);
  • Oversee the building and maintaining of a brand identity across all marketing channels;
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Job requirements

Essential attributes to be a successful Head of Marketing:

  • You have strong experience in the area of B2C online marketing;

  • You are particularly interested in and experience in SEO, SEA and content marketing for B2C online brands;

  • You have experience in managing marketing teams;

  • You have the personality type that is typically successful at Resumedia: pragmatic, transparent, speedy and open;

  • A lover of hybrid working. For this role we know we need to have someone available to come to the office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to collaborate with the team & CEO. 
     

Nice-to-have attributes to be a perfect Head of Marketing:

  • SaaS experience;

  • Experience in working in a digital agency.

  • Experience in high-spend SEA;

  • Startup experience.
