Your mission as Product Designer? Turning high-level conceptual ideas into simple, useful, valuable solutions for job seekers worldwide. Together, we will increase the ease-of-use, better our conversion rates, improve traffic and ultimately help more jobseekers land the job they deserve
 

As our sole, in-house Product Designer, your responsibilities will include:
 

• Designing simple, elegant UX/UI of our products from ideation to launch in collaboration with CEO, CTO and our product team;

• Creating wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to visualise the UX/UI before development;

• Developing visually appealing, simple, consistent UI that aligns with the Resumedia brands, quality in designs across our platforms is super important;

• Analysing data and testing results and make data-driven design decision to improve the product;

• Improving and implement design processes and tools to speed up and simplify workflow;

• Picking up a wide scope of other responsibilities from time-to-time (we are already hoping to ask you for your advice on our Resumedia brands!).

Essential attributes to be a successful Product Designer ⛹️

• You have experience in being the solo Product Designer, or, have led Product Design projects from truly A-Z;

• Experience in designing consumer web apps (B2C);

• Experience in working with small, collaborative development teams;

• Although you are a creative person, you see your pragmatism and your project management skills as one of your main strengths;

• Your portfolio shows simplistic, straight-forward, easy-to-use product designs;

• You have an eye for detail;

• You have the personality type that is typically successful at Resumedia: user-centric, pragmatic, transparent, speedy and open.

• A lover of hybrid working. For this role we really like to have someone available to come to the office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to collaborate with the team & CEO.
